Institute for Hydraulic Engineering and Hydrometry - Vienna
The Institute serves as expert hub for protection against water hazards in rivers and brooks. Our work encompasses the protection of human lives and properties from floods, while also focusing on the preservation and restoration of ecologically sustainable water bodies. In doing so, we also create recreational spaces. Additionally, ensuring the quality of hydrometric data is of importance to us.
